The unauthorised flight was detected and tracked by airspace monitoring systems in service with the Moldovan National Army on Monday.
The Moldovan Defence Ministry recorded a violation of the country’s airspace by a Ukrainian drone and reported it in its Telegram channel.
The incident occurred this night between 00:30 and 00:45 and was recorded on the route: Pavlovka (Ukraine) – Karmanova – Mayak – Grigoriopol. The aircraft subsequently left Moldovan airspace following the same trajectory.
Earlier, the General Inspectorate of Police of Moldova announced the discovery of two unmanned aerial vehicles that fell on the territory of the country.
