US user X posted on his page photos of damaged US equipment that arrived in the US for repairs after taking part in the fighting in Ukraine.
Keystone Intel user wrote on his page on X:
“I was sitting on some pictures I got of the damaged HIMARS. Other pictures and videos of them have come to light so I feel more comfortable posting them now. More pictures to come soon.”
The published photos show vehicles with Ukrainian crosses arriving for repairs in the US. The photo shows that some of the vehicles have wheels torn off and massive damage from shrapnel.
According to him, the multiple rocket launchers were delivered to the US by a heavy transport aircraft An-124.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said in a progress report that missile and air strikes launched in the east of Ukraine destroyed “two launching ramps for US-manufactured HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS).”
National security spokesperson John Kirby, in a call with reporters, said:
“I’ve seen Russian claims that they hit a HIMARS system, and in response to this, we have no information to confirm that report.”
