Brussels celebrates Turkish Cuisine Week

“Turkish Cuisine Week,” which has been celebrated in Turkey and abroad since 2022 under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Turkey and with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will be held this year under the slogan “Classic Turkish Cuisine,” according to the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The dishes, which bear traces of Anatolia’s centuries-old traditions, will reflect both the diversity of Turkish cuisine and its universal value.

Classic dishes will be presented to the world while remaining true to their historical roots.

During the celebration, main dishes will be prepared according to local recipes from 81 provinces. A variety of events will be organised at Turkish missions abroad throughout the week.

With the participation of leading Turkish chefs, special menus consisting of classic Turkish dishes will be created.

Thanks to these events, representatives of different cultures will gather around the tables, and the sincerity and taste of traditional Turkish hospitality will be presented to the whole world.

The closing event of Turkish Cuisine Week will take place at Cappadocia University.
