Elon Musk has responded to claims made by conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, who recently announced that Musk is the father of St. Clair’s child, born five months ago.
Until now, Musk had refrained from commenting on the allegations. However, he broke his silence with a brief response to a post on X, which suggested that St. Clair had been plotting for years to “ensnare” the billionaire.
Musk’s reply was succinct: “Whoa.”
St. Clair’s response and clarification
St. Clair quickly addressed the situation, refuting the claim in her own post. “Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded,” she wrote. “When will you reply to us instead of responding publicly to accusations from someone who has shared private photos of me as a 15-year-old?”.
She later deleted the tweets.
In a post on X, St. Clair, 26, revealed the birth of her child, stating: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not disclosed this earlier to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but recently it has become clear that the media intends to make it public, regardless of the consequences. I want to ensure our child grows up in a safe and normal environment.”
If St. Clair’s claims are accurate, this would bring Musk’s total number of children to 13, with four different women. His most recent relationship with artist and musician Grimes has resulted in three children: X Æ A-12, Exa Dark, and Techno Mechanicus.
