The statement also read the ministry noted Azerbaijan’s earlier decision to declare two members of the French diplomatic staff in Baku “personae non grata.”
On Tuesday, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry declared two French diplomats persona non grata, saying their activities were “incompatible with their diplomatic status.”
