Harris could join Joe Rogan’s podcast in pursuit of male votes

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris may interview popular podcaster Joe Rogan to win support among male voters, according to Reuters.

Harris’ campaign officials allegedly met with Rogan’s team this week during the final stretch of the US presidential campaign.

Rogan, host of the most popular podcast in the United States, has a highly coveted and loyal audience numbering in the tens of millions. The interview will give Harris an opportunity to outline her stance to her followers as she works to gain the support of male voters, particularly black males.

The vice president released a new package of policy proposals aimed at black male voters on Monday. On the same day, former president and Republican candidate Donald Trump also revealed that he planned to take part in Joe Rogan’s podcast before Election Day on 5 November.

However, in August, Trump lashed out at Rogan on Truth Social, but later called him a “good guy.” Previously, Rogan endorsed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. but the latter has since dropped out of the presidential race to back Trump.

A YouGov poll conducted last year found that 81 per cent of Rogan’s listeners were male, of which 56 per cent were under the age of 35.
