The Israeli army raided the West Bank city of Nablus on Wednesday, leading to clashes with Palestinians, local media reported.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its medical teams treated 13 Palestinians injured by Israeli troops in Nablus, a city in the northern occupied West Bank.
Eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that the Israeli army left Nablus after the raid, which lasted several hours and sparked clashes with Palestinians in the city.
Other incursions by Israeli troops were also reported in the West Bank cities of Ramallah, Jenin and Tulkarem, where Israeli troops detained several Palestinians.
Tensions in the West Bank have remained high since fighting between Palestinian factions and Israel began in the Gaza Strip on 7 October, killing more than 23,000 people in Gaza.
