A Palestinian teenager was killed by Israeli forces during a raid on an art school in Halhul, north of Hebron, according to local news agencies.
Seventeen-year-old Muhammed Nidal Milhim, one of three people injured by live ammunition, succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
The Israeli troops raided an art school, demanding that several workers from the Gaza Strip leave the area.
The soldiers damaged school premises and detained 30 labourers present at the scene. They also conducted raids in various neighbourhoods of Hebron and detained 17 other Palestinians.
Israel has continued to besiege and bomb the Gaza Strip since Hamas’ surprise attack on October 7. At the same time, Palestinians in the West Bank report oppression by Jewish settlers and soldiers. At least 60 Palestinians have been killed and many others wounded.
