In an interview with the local media, Russia’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov stated that “the West’s plan to strategically defeat Russia has failed.”
And some even, like the US Secretary of Defence [Lloyd Austin], an official, called us a foe, but if so, then we are ready for any development of events.
Lavrov also noted that “the vast majority of states” did not join the sanctions.
“No one knows what Washington won’t like in the morning, anyone could be the target of sanctions.”
The foreign minister also voiced the main trends of international development in the world, including the creation of a multipolar, multi-centred world and “de-dollarisation.”
Everyone is tired of the dollar.
On December 2, Austin told the Reagan National Defence Forum that the United States was fighting “ruthless foes” in Israel and Ukraine.
“Now, in both Israel and Ukraine, democracies are fighting ruthless foes who are out to annihilate them.”
