Princess Ingrid Alexandra leaves for Australia to study

The Norwegian Royal Court announced on Tuesday that Princess Ingrid Alexandra, second in line to the throne, will begin a bachelor’s degree programme in social sciences at the University of Sydney in August.

The programme will last three years, and the Princess has decided to specialise in international relations and political economy. The Princess will live in student accommodation on the university campus.

The Princess will be a full-time student and hopes to focus on her studies in the coming years.
