Russia’s representative to the UN says Ukraine missed the chance to conclude a favourable peace agreement.
Russia’s deputy permanent representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, stressed that Ukraine had the opportunity to conclude a favourable peace agreement, but Kyiv missed the chance.
The MP also pointed out that at the Spring 2022 talks in Istanbul, both sides agreed to certain arrangements, but the US and UK opposed them.
