What EU-Russia conflict may give Trump

About 60 heads of state and government, 150 ministers and heads of international organisations took part in the 61st Munich Security Conference that was held this February, and Russia was traditionally not invited, as it has been doing since 2022.

Europe retreats from fundamental values, J.D. Vance says

The Trump team’s peace plan for Ukraine was never presented, but Finland shared its concept of settlement. The head of the US delegation, Vice President J.D. Vance, discussed peace talks with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, but quarrelled with the EU leadership, accusing Europe of “retreating from fundamental values.”

Despite the lack of significant outcomes, the conference was not in vain, the split between Europe and the US is now quite clear, and two completely different global projects-parties have emerged. Very conditionally they can be called by the names of their frontmen – Klaus Schwab and Elon Musk. Conditionally, because, given the scale of the problem, individual personalities, even those with worldwide fame, are not essential in this case. They may even be removed “out of sight” in the near future.

In early April, Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum, is leaving the post of WEF chairman, US President Donald Trump said that “Elon Musk is a great guy, but he has so many companies that he may have to leave the civil service to take care of them.”

The interests of these two global parties are different, they are political, economic, and in the not too distant future, very likely military adversaries.

Europe and the US split

The left-globalist co-called Schwab Party is based on the elites of Europe, including Great Britain (and at the same time excluding some countries where national oriented regimes are in power, like Hungary, Slovakia, etc., which are still in the minority on the European continent). Canada and other countries that do not accept the “libertarian” pressure of Trump and his company are now more and more closely adjoining it.

The modern EU is the den of the “old aristocracy” that forms the basis of the global Deep State. It is in Europe and the Vatican that all the ideological underlying theories of globalism were and are created. The local left-oriented elites control powerful structures-conductors of these ideas and theories, so their defeat is the key for Trump’s team to turn the situation in their favour.

The goal of the “Schwab Party” is the emergence of a new Europe as the most powerful player in the global multipolar world with the EU, China, India and at the same time a response to Trump’s aspirations to “Make America Great Again.”

The right-globalist co-called “Musk Party” includes the US, as well as satellites and allies in its orbit – Asian (Japan, South Korea, etc.), European (Hungary, etc.) and American (Argentina, etc.). The key objective is to defeat Europe and restore America’s control over it. In this context one should also consider such aspirations of the said team as defeating Deep State within America itself, resource deal with Ukraine and even Trump’s nomination for a third presidential term (the scale of his tasks clearly exceeds the limit of 4 years, hence the corresponding sensational statement about his right to become president for the third time).

Trump’s first presidential term did not bring the expected results, primarily due to the opposition to all his projects by the Deep State, so during his second term his team is trying to act extremely hard and fast. Trump’s team has already started shutting down global projects of competitors and at the same time is trying to cut them off from all resource bases.

At the same time, even the notorious Ukrainian resources are needed by Musk’s party not so much for their own sake as to prevent Europeans, including the British, from getting them. In this context, the desire to control the flow of Russian resources, which could go back to Europe, should also be considered.

MEGA vs MAGA

The main thing for Washington is to act ahead of the actions of the EU, against which the whole structure is being built. Europe today is a solid collective of ideological and political opponents of the Trump team, which should be defeated and bring to power in it (including the British Isles) under the slogan “Make Europe Great Again” (MEGA) the ideological supporters of the slogan “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) and the “Musk Party.”

The tariff war that started in April is far from the only or even the most recent example of the growing global confrontation between the US and the EU. The first wave of trade conflicts began back in 2018 with the imposition of 25 percent tariffs on European steel and aluminium. Although these measures directly affected only 2 per cent of European exports, they signalled an escalation of tensions.

In response, the EU imposed tariffs on American goods such as bourbon, Harley Davidson motorbikes and lingerie. Meanwhile, the US began preparing for tougher measures, including 200 per cent tariffs on French wine and cheese, intending to hit key sectors of the European economy hard.

Tariff war as a game of chance

Economists and politicians on both sides of the tariff war immediately warned of the consequences of this trade war for European producers especially of dairy products, wine and spirits already preparing for losses, as well as American companies dependent on the European market.

The Governor of the Bank of France, François Villeroy de Galhau, called what is happening a “game of chance,” reminding that economics is about mutually beneficial co-operation, not confrontation. However, the Trump administration seems to see all these actions as a way to strengthen its position within the US itself in confronting Deep State, especially in the run-up to the elections in Europe.

Leading issues have taken a backseat

Against this background, the significance of the conflict in Ukraine drops significantly. The economic confrontation between the US and China is also temporarily receding into the background. It still determines the international agenda in the long term, but in the near future the Trump administration aims to “restore order” within the once united “Western World.”

However, the European globalists, together with the Brussels bureaucracy and British Governors, are not going to give up so easily. It is extremely important for them to shift the focus of attention away from themselves, so the first task of Trump’s team may be a direct clash between Europe and Russia. And already in the format of direct bloodshed, and not a proxy war, as it takes place in Ukraine and with the purpose of maximum mutual exhaustion of both opponents and bringing the matter to the complete defeat of all structures of the European left globalists.

Pressure on Ukraine

In this sense, the Americans are once again ready to fight “to the last Ukrainian,” adopting the so-called formula of the Roosevelt-Truman presidents of World War II:

“If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia, and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don’t want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances.”

Pursuing these goals, the Americans are forcing their subjects in Kyiv today to lift martial law. This implies a ceasefire and presidential elections, after which the second phase of Trump’s plan should begin, under which the new legitimate Ukrainian leadership will have to sign a peace treaty with Russia and all resource and other agreements with the US.

Today, the Trump team is pushing this idea of “Musk’s party” like a bulldozer, but their key goal is not a ceasefire at all, much less peace in Europe, but the creation of a deep conflict between the EU and Russia. So deep that the conflict and clash between Europeans and Russians is only a matter of time, which is why the Trumpists are now seeking to remove Europe from the negotiating table on Ukraine.

At the same time making pathos-complimentary statements to Russia and its authorities, angering and provoking Russophobia in Europeans. All this is very displeasing not only to Brussels, but also to London, which has its own interest in prolonging bloodshed in Ukraine, supported by the presence of allies in Kyiv.

As for Russia itself, the war between the US and the EU should help Moscow to free itself from the unnecessary bloodshed in Ukraine and the trap into which the globalists have driven it, and at the same time prevent the Russians from being driven into a new trap that Trump and the “Musk Party” are preparing for them.
