The NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) held the Spring Session of NATO’s Senior Policy and Resource Committee in Sofia, according to Bulgarian media.
The meeting, hosted by the Defence Intelligence Service (DIS), took place on Thursday, May 9, in the Bulgarian capital. According to DIS, about 50 representatives and partners of NATO attended the event.
The forum took place against the backdrop of the increasing role of support to NATO intelligence operations. Participants gathered to discuss the challenging situation following the outbreak of the war in Ukraine in 2022.
Discussions focused on improving the timely and high-quality provision of information to the Alliance’s governing bodies.
